Why the Makers of Fen-Phen Were Wrong

Wyeth and American Home Products were the primary manufacturers of Fen-Phen, which later was linked to Primary Pulmonary Hypertension and heart valve problems. These two companies are liable for injuries relating to their drugs for a variety of reasons.

This warning would inform consumers of the PPH risk. By not including the label, millions of consumers were exposed to the risk of a fatal illness.
